A few words about myself

My name is Giuseppe De Cesare. I am a sommelier and food anthropologist interested in how food and wine change across cultures. 

My mother tongue is Italian. I speak fluent English and French, and some Spanish. I love to be in an international environment and be in contact with people from different cultural backgrounds.

In this blog I write about wine tastings, restaurants, travel, gastronomic events and anything that deals with fine food and wine, always in an informal way.

Recently I have been intrigued by the world of volcanic wines, so you will find lots of tastings and discussions on this topic!
