Organic? Yes, please (twice)



The wines of today are from Tuscany, made by Montenidoli, a small organic winery in San Gimignano. The Fiore is a white, but similar to a red for its richness and ageig potential. It has distinctive nutty notes and a creamy texture. Made exclusively from the free-run must and matured on lees, it is great with haut cuisine and seafood as shrimps. The Canaiuolo, instead, is a fresh and lively rose', great with charcuterie, in particular with duck rilette. Pale in color, this is an awesome aperitif wine!
